No tracking number was found. Please return to the send in a repair page to re-enter your information. Please confirm that your City, State, Zip Code and Email Address are correct before selecting the button to create the shipping label.

To Send in Your Repair

  • Pack and secure the equipment in any box.
  • Affix the FREE shipping label to the outside of box.
  • Bring your package to any UPS location or give to your UPS driver.
  • Keep your tracking number for reference. You will be held responsible for any lost equipment.
  • RFT will repair your equipment within 24-hours of receipt
  • RFT will ship the repaired equipment back to your location.
