The email will come fromĀ pkginfo@ups.com. This email includes your tracking number (in the subject line) and the link to access your Label to Print or to get a Mobile Code in the body of the email.
When prompted, do NOT check the box for “Print to a Thermal Printer” unless you know that your printer requires it. (This is not typical.)
If you do not receive your label via email, please check your SPAM folder and make sure your email provider has whitelisted UPS.
Note: If you do not see a shipping label on this page, it means that your information was entered incorrectly.
